The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team is now my go-to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple of simple choices over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. I 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to the dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing is impressive! Dave came out to install a gas line for our pool, outdoor bbq, and fire pit. Because I am a hands-on guy, I wanted to be a part of the project so he allowed me to crawl under the house to assist in Plumbing a 2” gas line down to 1 1/2” & 1” with over 100’ to the equipment. He was precise and able to get the job done with professionalism and care. He also fixed my water main which needed a new hose bib. I think he was showing off! We also recommend Sacramento Repipe to my family and friends for water leaks. He has always provided great service.

"A plumbing job isn't usually fun, but this team made the experience great!"

My wife and I decided to add another outdoor faucet to our backyard. Our existing faucet was/is on the other side of our home and our BBQ is opposite our patio. I had a flair-up while cooking a Costco bag of chicken and got the fire under control, but it would have been nice to have a hose handy if needed. I called Kellen at SR&P again (as previously reviewed) and he promptly got right on it. The installer Will arrived within a couple of days, mask and house booties on, and ready to go. Will examined what I wanted, retrieved the right materials, and completed the task within a few hours. Awesome, clean, fast, and neat! A plumbing job isn't usually fun, but this team made the experience great! Thanks again, Kellen and Will.

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing was professional every step of the way.  Kellen did an excellent job explaining the cost and how the work would be performed.  And, Will (who managed the on-site operations) and his crew were courteous and always kept us informed.  They did a fantastic job of keeping our home as clean as possible.  The painting and texturing (completed by Michael Brock Painting) were perfect - you cannot detect where the walls were patched, either by texture or color

I just had my house repiped because I have KITEC pipes. From my first phone call asking for someone to give me an estimate to clean up after they were finished, these guys were very professional, neat, and efficient and did an excellent job. They were working in my attic and house on some very hot days. Still, they retained a positive attitude. They were prompt and as unintrusive as they could be considering they had to be in almost every room of the house. They insulated the pipes and did some little things that were above and beyond and not required.  When they were finished, they moved everything back and would have moved more things for me if I wanted them to. The guys they used to retexture and paint were excellent too. I cannot tell where any cuts were made. Thank you, Kellen and crew.

This company is by far the best re-piping plumbing company in the business in the greater Sacramento area. The owner, David Ortiz, is by far the most honest person around. I had my whole house re-piped in early spring, 2017, and their workmanship was by far the very best. They start the job and do all of the cleanups and re-patch the walls and paint after the job has been completed. When they do start the job they cover every piece of furniture in each of the rooms and cover all of the floors. Very professional and the best.

We just had Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing repipe our house because we had Kitec plumbing.  They were very professional from start to finish.  We found that Dave delivered on his promise that his crew would do a fantastic job and take good care of our house.  They covered everything in plastic and put the paper on the floors to protect the house from as much dust and dirt as possible.  The repiping was done, the inspection passed and the walls were patched and textured all within 3 days.  The painting follows tomorrow.  Brian and Will were great at being available to answer any questions we had, and Kile and his crew did an excellent job in making the walls look like new.  We would highly recommend Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

We were among the first of a group of 10 neighbors that choose Sacramento Re-pipe over competing bids in a neighborhood last May 2016 with about 2,300 homes plumbed with kitec pipe, which has a history of failures. David Ortiz and crew re-plumbed our 2,800 ft sq house in a day and a half, never left us without water, and did an excellent job. All 10 neighbors were very satisfied with the work completed. Since then more and more neighbors have had their homes re-piped by Sacramento Re-pipe. Highly recommended!

We purchased our home in 2001 and the original plastic plumbing pipe used was the “infamous Kitec Pipe.” We had heard several reports of leaking and flooding problems in homes in our area whereas the problems were due to failures with their “Kitec” pipping.

Based on those incidents, we decided to have the “Kitec” pipping removed and replaced with a more suitable product. That decision led us into the interviewing process with several of the local plumbing companies. Since this was not going to be a simple “fix-it project,” we needed to be reassured that the company would do “what they said” and would stand-by their product. We found that company in the SACRAMENTO REPIPE & PLUMBING COMPANY.

Any company can make claims, but it is through their employees that those assertions are in fact, executed. Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing brought in true professionals to perform the very detailed job of replacing and changing out all of our Kitec pipping. In addition, they did so in an orderly manner, while always ensuring that their work areas were clean before leaving for the day.
