There are a few different options of trenchless sewer repairs available to you and your property. With our help, we will find a solution that works best for your specific situation. It is important to know that not every situation can tolerate a trenchless repair. We will work with you to identify a solution for your sewer problems. 

One of the ways we can repair your sewer pipes involves cured-in-place or structural pipe lining. This is a process in which we create a new pipe within the existing pipe by threading a specially treated liner into the old pipe and letting it cure in place. 

Similarly, we offer spray lining or brush coating which creates a new layer within the existing pipe. After curing, your pipe is as good as new!  To replace an old pipe, we use a method called pipe bursting, which breaks the old pipe while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into place. 

Finally, the most invasive kind of trenchless sewer repair involves the threading of a smaller pipe within your existing pipe, similar to the way in which we thread the liner in a cured-in-place pipe repair. We fill in the area around the smaller pipe with grout to hold the pipe in place. This method requires some digging, but is much more efficient than digging a full trench as required by more traditional means of sewer repair.
